Hi everyone...yet another PA social studies teacher here
with 8 years experience who can't get out of her district
so I'm looking into other states. I'm hoping that someone
can chime in about:

-the state of tenure/unions in DE?
-particular areas to go to/stay away from (I always do my
own homework, but I'm thinking in terms of cost of living,
districts, etc.)
-outlook for HS social studies in DE?

I have the certification information from the DDE website.

Red Clay, Appoquinimink, and Caesar Rodney are all pretty good
schools. I don't think that there are many BAD schools in DE;
I would probably stay away from the Dover public schools
