AVOID THE FLORIDA TEACHER PERSECUTION AND PURGE... GET NORTH OF THE MASON DIXON LINE FOR TENURE AND BENEFITS AND SECURITY. AVOID THE GOOD OL BOY SYSTEM OF KEEPING LOW WAGES AND UNCERTAIN FUTURES.... What areas of Florida are preferable to teach in?

I plan on moving to FL, and have a good amount of experience in education, and was wondering what areas I should look into. Are there salary discrepancies between different areas? Are there schools that are preferable (i.e. private vs public vs charter)? Any insight would be helpful! Thanks!!

someday I had a math teacher in the same situation at my school and she didn't really put any effort into preparing and ended up not being able to stay solely because of the essay portion of the test. Does the test just give you a topic to write about or has it changed to evidence-based writing? Let me know and I can give you some resource ideas.
