I Got Licenced in PR, But I had to take the PCMAS there, it's the equivalent of the FTCE just a bit easier.. And then I transferred my PR Teacher Licence to FL meeting all requirements.

Slimworms
I took the test four times and passed on the last try. Haven't found anything helpful to study with just understanding all of the theories. In addition, all the books I brought did not help me. The scenarios are a pain but good luck.
