For the first prompt I have no idea. I haven't prepared for that one. For the second prompt, I was thinking on these two talking points: Good customer service(or good interpersonal relationships), and embrace change when needed.

I have never heard the first prompt before. The second one for talking points you could use social media and communication as well as the one from DiazG.

@Dj yes I did FINALLY! lol I'm not exactly sure how many questions were for each passage.. I want to say about 10 for each... total of 40 questions. @Evan it was the Drama vs censorship :) & I took my test in Miami area.

Although some people do a 5 paragraph essay, I was told by other people to do 4 paragraphs instead. The first one for the introduction, the second for advantages, the third one for disadvantages, and the last one for conclusion. And YES, you are suppose to write about both advantages and disadvantages, otherwise, you only will be addressing one part of the prompt.
