# Peter74 - Have you looked into Dr. A - the learning liaison's blue print. He gives a detailed explanation on how to write the 4 page paragraph. He is on youtube and you could check it out. For the first prompt I have no idea. I haven't prepared for that one. For the second prompt, I was thinking on these two talking points: Good customer service(or good interpersonal relationships), and embrace change when needed.

I have never heard the first prompt before. The second one for talking points you could use social media and communication as well as the one from DiazG.
