Is there some secret handshake or special password I need to know about to get an updated SOE from the DOE? I am waiting on 4 to be updated and I literally cannot get an interview without at least one of them!

They are not taking any phone calls and the 3 emails I have sent have over the last 3 weeks haven't been answered.
