I received my Teacher Certificate but the endorsements (additions) were not processed even though I paid for them. I think they have made a mistake ..but emails are ignored and no one ever answers or calls back. Anyone made a contact there?

I am not good at reading, but I saw different post about the topics, then I read some passages before the test because the time is limited. I did a lot of practice on Quizlet and the questions were from there.
