I used the CliffsNotes FTCE General Knowledge Test study guide and passed all MC tests and the Essay on my first attempt. This book was very thorough and many of the MC questions were very close to what was on the actual exam. I borrowed it from my local library, but you can buy it on Amazon for under $15 I think. Good luck.

I wish I have an answer for your question. Unfortunately, I don't think there is such a thing. There are books and more books but no one offers a real good guide. I don't know what is the secret and no one out there (company) or even the Dep of Ed. and establish a clear guide for all the subject and tests that future teachers need to take. It seems...See More

I had those exact passages on the reading last month. I knew drama and graffitii; the other 2 I had trouble with.

If you go to the website where register to take the test, they have reading and math practice..is very close to the actual one, I heard....
