I take GK (first time) 3/2/19. I have FTCE guide, Navaed and I'm studying quizlet. Watched Navaed videos for essay.

Anyone has any suggestions on writing "Teachers are evaluated on four performance levels: highly effective, effective, needs improvement, unsatisfactory. Using these four performance levels, analyze the benefits and challenges of an effective teacher"? I have a hard time writing this one!

Benefits & challenges of an effective using four performance levels. Benefits: The value of teacher evaluation feedback to improve performance on all four levels. Challenges: Teachers under pressure to perform to meet the expectations and indicators to become a highly effective teacher. This is my experience as a teacher.
