Other applicants taking exams since 4/1/19 are also reporting that ELS and Professional exams are now 50 instead of 40 questions with no additional time. Just a new avenue for Pearson to fail applicants and get additional money!

Lynn, you are absolutely right that adding 10 questions (25% longer test) is a huge burden for the test takers. This is complete BS....I test next week and this news is bad news. I am going to call tomorrow and see if I can file a complaint with someone. Also, adding 30 extra questions drains you that much more...its almost equal to completing a 5t...See More

@Gary - I called DOE and got transferred x7. I eventually reached the Assessment Office 1-850-235-0513 and talked to Jasmine. All staff said they were not aware of a 50-question test and exam is usually 40-42 questions. Her final solution was I could request a test verification. How ridiculous can a Dept of Ed get? The people who added those questions have no clue...at all.
