1)I began reading for the test about 2 months ago, and really studying for it the past month. 2)took the advice from this blog and read the "Annoated Mona Lisa" cover to cover. After reading it cover to cover, I read it a second time to help everything to sink in. At that point, I understood the layout of the book better and it just clicked. I then would refer to that book for questions I had. Invest in it! 2)I went through this blog and I made a list of ANY topics mentioned. I fact checked EVERYTHING by using the Mona Lisa book or web searches of reputable art sites. I had an illustrated dictionary of art terms that I used as well. I went through this dictionary and highlighted anything in it that I saw mentioend on the blogs. I carried this book around with me for a full month and would study terms while in waiting rooms, waiting to pick up my kids from school, etc. 3)Went on websites for ceramics & digital photography to get the basic terms. I made a list of these. 4)Went on quizlet to get topics - but please FACT CHECK eveyrthing on this site! I found that not all the answers were correct. 5) I said the prayer to St.Joseph of Cupertino for the past month!!! Go online and read his story and say this prayer!
Prayer to St. Joseph of Cupertino for success in Examinations.
This powerful prayer is very effective in examinations. It has to be said before taking an examination.
Prayer
O Great St. Joseph of Cupertino who while on earth did obtain from God the grace to be asked at your examination only the questions you knew, obtain for me a like favour in the examinations for which I am now preparing. In return I promise to make you known and cause you to be invoked.

Does anyone have insight into these two topics for a discussion group that need 'insight' from other teachers?
1.How the individual upholds high standards of competence and integrity and exercises sound judgment in the practice of the professional; 2. How the individual addresses ethics in advocating for appropriate services;
That image was on my test too. I can't find it in my google search. Like you, I guessed on the answer.
I just posted a reply on how I passed the test in another thread. I took my test December 18. Luckily, there was not any essay questions for my state certification. Here is the link to my reply:
Developed by the American Anthropological Association in collaboration with the Science Museum of Minnesota, this is the first national exhibition to tell the stories of race from the biological, cultural, and historical points of view.

I'm new to St. Joe's County and seeking employment as an ESL teacher. I have an impressive background in the field, but have had a difficult job landing a post here. Any leads? Thanks in advance! Giovanni
Does anyone happen to know if you must be living and working in Indiana in order to obtain an Indiana teaching license? I'm living overseas and looking into completing an M.A.T program online that would qualify me for an IN license. However, I want to continue living here for a few more years to get my initial teaching experience. (There are international schools and military bases in my area. So, lots of US-curriculum based opportunities.)
I've already contacted the licensing office, but I thought I'd see if anyone on this forum has information as well. Thanks!
