When they run- most politicians say - Education is one of their top priorities.. But when they take office -It seem s they only think of ways to cut....at the programs- just ask any Business, agricuture,FACS or CAD instructor. In our area (NW) they are trying to incorporate 3 school systems that are in a triangle of space each corner about 18 miles from each other - and on corner has a school population that extends into 2 other counties...NOw the word is remove two of the superintendats- to use their salary elsewhere then cut teacher programs.....especially electives. One super would run all 3 schools with a combined school board. It in end it will really cost the students.
