Repa - how is changing licensing for Elementary rules 46-47

Can anyone tell me how my license will change with the new Repa for Elementary level rules 46-47 - currently it says grades 1 to 6 and grades 7 and 8 nondepartmental - but I have been told that it will change to k to grade 5 - if this is true I want an attorney to file a class action lawsuit - because this is blantant discrimination! Most teachers in Indiana are under this license. I have been applying out of state and overseas with these grade levels on my license. I took classes in those grade levels. I did student teaching at those grade levels. I was told my license grade levels would not change. If it is going to change I want to sue the state of Indiana Education department - because no one else has a change in their licenses.

Basically it is age discrimination - that is the teacher who is older and they are trying to get rid of the older teachers by eliminating their grade levels to make it more difficult to get a job.

How can this be legal?
