Default Name You would need to take the Praxis II test for Middle School mathematics, and enroll in an alternate certification program.

JayR Here is what I did. I studied hard for the high school math Praxis 0061 exam. Then an hour after the 0061 exam, I took the middle school math Praxis exam 0069 without even studying. Due to severe budget cuts and the refusal of the Republican Governor and Legislature to raise taxes, some 4,000 to 10,000 Florida teachers will lose their jobs. I am sure that I will be one. I need a job to support my disabled wife.

dont be confused oh don't be baffled.... I too was declined for a spot in the TeachNola cohort. ONLY to be offered a spot as a selector( a year later).. which assisted in the selection process for the very same Teach NOLA.. go figure! If you are certified in 2 different states, I am sure that your certs will transfer to Louisiana...

Moving to Fort Polk area

We will be moving to Fort Polk Louisian around June. What school districts are in the vicinity? I have already received my Louisiana certification I just don't know where to start looking for houses and employment. We will not live on post for sure.
