The classes are not difficult at all. You have six months to complete the coursework and believe me it is a breeze. You also have assessments, but if you do not pass them the first time you get a second chance. With the education system the way it is it is very easy to find placement. I am going into my second year of teaching and iteach is the best alternate certification path, its completely online! The program says you will have at least five observations, but if you following your lesson plans it should be a breeze. Goodluck!!
I'm desperately trying to find more sample science tasks similar to the ones the kids will see on the iLeap. The state hasn't provided us with much. Please help
"I hear many people talk about tolerance and how we must learn to be tolerant toward those who are different from us. When we tolerate something, we put up with it temporarily until it is gone. We tolerate a toothache, back pain, and loud music coming from a neighbor’s house. Why would we ever put what we do with children in the same category? Instead, we should celebrate the differences of our children."

Whatever happened to classrooms? Now it's all done on line. Whatever happened to classroom teachers? They used to be so fine.
Now it's "Pay your fees; get your degrees Online, from Law to Med-i-cine!" But tell me, Doc, 'fore you cut on me, please! That you didn't get yours online!"

Hi, I would like to know if anyone had helpful suggestions about how to pass the Praxis II exam. I just recently took the Praxis II exam and failed by one point.
