DC AREA ( VA X MD) Union X Non Union

Hello! I have certification in Special Ed., Elementary,SS and Science HS.

I was in Florida and currently have a full license in VA, MD and FL. Why does VA seem to have many more job openings than MD. Is it because MD has the union and tenure maybe? Thanks!

This looks like fun. I'll try out a couple tracks on my 8th graders and see what I can do to get them singing in Social Studies
