Any teacher who reads these chatboards, or any teacher who has been around at all, knows that many administrators are NOT supportive of their teachers. Recently I went to a jopb fair where the interviewer was kind enough to let me read a copy of the questions that he would be asking. The questions were in the right hand column and the key words the interviewer was looking for were in the left hand column. Apparently the applicant is not supposed to look at the answer key words, and whenever the applicant mentions one of the key words or concepts, the interviewer checks it off. I couldn't stop myself from stealing a quick glance at the answer key words (my bad!) and in the column relating to the question about describing fyour relationships with administrators, the first desirable answer word was "Positive."
