I really hope that there is firm action being put in place
to correct this injustice. I cannot believe that the state
of Maine would employ people with such incredible bad
judgment as to harass children of men and women serving
the duty their country has asked them to perform.
Regardless of anyone’s belief about the impending war on
IRAQ, opinions should not be forced upon children and
especially children of parents who are to be deployed
overseas. Could you imagine one of those parents being
killed while doing their sworn duties, and their families
left behind being told that their parent who was killed
was evil and unethical. It is horrible, the teachers
responsible for this action should be removed from their
positions, lose their credentials to teach, and have their
retirements cut off. Personally, I do not believe we
should be launching a war on IRAQ. I will however support
