Is there anyone out there that has any tips, books, or guides for the English certification test. I need help desperately. I would also be willing to pay for tutoring.

The $40 fee covers 1 full calendar year (365 days) from the day that you subscribe (with a pay subscription, not the free trial). This is clearly stated on Jobulator's website.

I was wondering if anyone had suggestions on how to study/brush up on my skills for the MTTC Math. I moved into the state and they want me to take it to get my MI cert and I want to be able to study a bit first. Thanks in advance!
bskI am aware of the study guide on the MTTC website, I have heard from a few people it was not very helpful and I was wondering if anyone used any other methods to study that they feel helped them. Thanks!
Example=Poetry from Paul Revere's Ride to Casey At The Bat to Jesse James to America For Me To In Flanders Fields (over a hundred poems read by Agnes Moorehead, Orsen Wells, Vincent Price, Alexander Scourby, Boris Karloff, Mike Whorf and many more great actors (ALL FREE) [email removed]
Has any of the subs thought about forming a union? It might be a way to negotiate to get the changes that you would like to see. I can certainly say that the union certainly has done a lot for teachers.
I understand it is unlawful for substitute teachers to unionize in Michigan. There was a Michigan Professional Substitute Teachers Assocation, but I believe it is defunct. I got a lot of great ideas from the association over the years.
I will soon be starting a Postcard lesson to learn about the 50 states. I am hoping to receive a postcard from every state with a state fact written on it.... can someone please send us one from MI?
Thanks in advance!

Wonder if anyone can enlighten me on moving out of state to peruse a job. Could you share with me some of your experiences or advice? Currently, I do not have any job offers myself, but plan on hitting up web sites and sending out emails ASAP.
My girlfriend and I are moving out to the Philadelphia region where she will be attending a residency position at UPen this July. While I dearly love this state and would love to stay, she is the love of my life and would go to the moon for her. As of now, I have a provisional certificate with Majors in Physical Education and Social Studies (currently working towards a master in Adaptive PE). I plan on transferring to a program to complete my masters.
Does anyone have any advice for me when moving out of state? What were your experiences? What will happen if I do not complete my 15 credits (here in Michigan) to transform my provisional cert to a professional? Will it expire, what can I do afterwards? Your help would greatly help me... thanks in advance. -John-

Missing MIMichigan Learnport has been a savior for me in getting SB-CEU's to keep my MI certificate current. From what I've heard, most states LOVE MI teaching certificates-at least GA and TX did.
