Is there anyone else out there who has had it with ClassBook? What other electronic grade books are you using? Is your district forcing you to use it? With the start of a new school year, I just can't stand to use this slow, featureless headache any longer. Please tell me I'm not the only one.

W...See MoreI'm thinking about breaking the teacher contract I signed for the next school year. My principal was fired, and I am uncertain of how the next school year will go. (There was a lot of drama surrounding his departure.) The school is also far away from where I live, so I was considering leaving the school within the next few years anyways.
What repercussions would I experience if I broke my contract? I teach at a charter school, and I am a high school math teacher.
First off, I'm sorry I did not see your story/struggle sooner. I help teachers exactly in your situation by providing free resources and consultation to either help you reignite your passion for teaching or help you to transition out of teaching.

Are other sp. ed. teachers feeling as overwhelmed as I do? It seems I have so many other issues to deal with, meetings to attend, assessments, or paper work to complete that I hardly have time for my students. I teach in a smaller school.
Thinking of my younger year's..we could call you... Mrs. Plate, Mrs. Cup, spoon, fork, I remember.. you were a wonderful teacher for me. I believe you were my 4th grade teacher...I remember Mrs jurgens too. She was so pretty and a good teacher as well. I believe she would have been my 5th or 6th grade teacher. Happy Holidays..
