I have a member of my support group who has a child in the
second grade. There is another child who is 10 and still
in the 2nd grade also who assaulted the child. He broke
his glasses and cut his head. had to have 10 stitches. The
school so far has done nothing. Do you know if this is a
charge that can be filed and if the school has a
responsibility to contact the childs parents about his
assaulting the child? Would love to hear what you think
about this. The parents lives in Minnesota.The school
took did nothing about the child doing this. What can the
parent do?
