I'm a very experienced elementary/ gifted teacher who is
just sitting on pins and needles waiting to hear from
districts I have applied to. I'm wondering how early is it
in the process for districts to hire for next year. I know
some districts (Parkway for one) haven't even posted
positions to outside the district yet. Are there others
still not posting to the outside, or is the market just
really bad right now? Thanks for any info you can share.
