Teachers being the bully

What can be done if its a teacher that is doing the harassing or being the bully?

arteacher34 Ok, let's take this further, What do you do when your principal is the one doing the bullying? We have gone to our union rep., nothing still has happened about it!

Maddie Write a letter to the school board with lots of signatures on it so as to prevent retaliation. Document EVERYTHING.

pep Are these young teachers or veteran teachers at your school? I am really put off by this behavior, which is rampant at my school, but I see it happens everywhere. I am not a MO teacher, but just came on the board out of boredom, but could completely relate to the posts.

Ms. Geier REPORT it to the Super if you are not getting any resolution from your immediate supervisor. I went through this for three long years...a new teacher BULLIED me out of my dream job that I had been at for 8.5 years. I wish I knew now what I didn't know then. My life has not been the same since. She (the bully) turned all of the other teachers agains...See More
