Sorry, I got trigger happy before. I hate that you have never had a participant from my state. If you still need some one I would be willing to join in. Please let me know as soon as possible.
We still need a representative from your state. Please email me if you would like to participate in sending and receiving approximately 50 postcards from around the United States and a few other countries. We will be sending out the cards starting in September and finishing up before Thanksgiving. Take a look at the website I created to display last years cards for ideas of what to write on the back. It is a great opportunity to see the world without leaving your classroom. I look forward to hearing from you.
Join the fun! We need ONE CLASS from Nebraska to help complete our postcard group. If interested, you will need to obtain about 50 picture postcards and stamps. Include a message about your state (state symbols, interesting facts, famous places, people, etc.) We will mail our postcards in October. I will supply preprinted address labels. If you are interested in joining our group, please email me or go to my website and sign up there.
It's so much fun to see the excitement in your class when the mail comes and the postcards begin to arrive. US Geography has never been so much fun!

I would love to do this if you don't already have someone. Let me know as soon as possible and I will be excited and ready to go.
Here's how our exchange works: You are responsible for obtaining, writing and mailing 49 postcards (one to each state). The postcards should have info about your state, your classroom, etc. Please mail your postcards towards the end of September/early October. I will mail out the address list when it's completed (hopefully soon!).
If you'd like to join and your state is listed above, please give me:
