Dear Mr. Stone,
My family and I are in the process of moving to New Hampshire, and I am interested in recieving more information from you about the 5th-grade teaching position. I am currently working in a Christian school in Natick, Massachusetts, teaching grades 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th English and history. In addition, I am currently teaching keyboarding and developing the school newspaper. I have a PA Teaching Certification in Elementary K-6 and Special Education N-12, passing a variety of Praxis examines. I am looking forward to hearing from you.

I'm a SPED case manager in a small high school in southern NH. All of us are required to teach a content area class (English or History) in addition to co-teaching and case managing and will have to become "highly qualified" per NCLB in the near future. My question: How many other high school SPED cm out there are required to teach content classes? (Being new to the field, I'm trying to figure out if we're in the minority here. I would MUCH prefer co- teaching as opposed to teaching alone and working to be a highly qualified teacher under NCLB.) Thank in advance for your input.
I'm currently in the process of buying a house in Tilton area and I need a job for September.
I had a few questions though.
I have a bachelors in fine arts and I am certified in Massachusetts to teach art. Currently I'm in the middle of getting my masters in education (middle school and high school). First of all with these qualifications, what do I need in order to teach in NH? Second, whats the job market like for teaching in NH? Does anyone know of any schools that are looking for art teachers?
I'd really appreciate any information you can give me!
Job listings at edjobsnh.com is great! Thanks! As far as the art departments at schools in NH goes...How are they? Hows the funding for the Arts in N.H? Does anyone know about any teachers that are retiring or leaving by this summer?
I just quit my job at the Islamic Academy for Peace in Methuen Massachussetts. They do need an Art Teacher once a week to teach grades from 1-5. I do not know what they are willing to pay. My job was volunteer...
I'm a grad student at Plymouth State living in the Lake Sunapee area. I'm looking for a place to do my student teaching. I seek k-12 special ed certification, and would like to work with elementary age children. My mentor would need to be a certified special education teacher. I would need to start no later than March. If you know of anyone who may be willing to take me in, plese let me know.
Hi Dave Montreal and I are planning a tnet gathering this summer and we would love for you to come. If you are interested please email me and I will send you the necessary information. Thank you very much and I hope you can join us.
How would I go about finding a teaching position in New Hampshire? Since I have relatives in New England, I have recently finished student teaching in math, and I already have an MBA, I feel that I am ready to relocate. A position teaching math or business could be ideal anywhere in New England, so I am flexible with any recommendation.
