I will be graduating in the summer with a degree in
Mathematics and also I am from NJ. I have my SOE and have
been applying for jobs. I have submitted applications to
Windham, Nashua, Concord, Plaistow, North Conway,
Londonderry and will be sending out more. My wife and I
want to start a family in NH but of course it depends on
my job.

My problem: I am not hearing anything back from schools,
I have called to get information but I feel that they are
not taking me seriously becasue I am out of state.
My questions are:
1. Does NH schools wait until a certain date to hire or
can they hire anytime?
2. How long should I wait before I call for a follow-up
and would it be alright if I asked if I was considered for
the position?
3. How can I assure them that I am serious about the
position, since I am out of state?
4. Does anyone know a school that is hiring for a Math
