Hi,
New to the area and working with a 2nd grader about to
take the NECAPS. Can anyone give me a basic overview of
the accommodations that are given in this test? Is a
translator used? Can the ESOL teacher administer the test?

The NECAP test starts I believe in the third grade. It's a 3-
8 test on reading responses, multiple choice, math responses
and multiple choice.
