Don't waste your time unless you have a friend or relative in a school district.
I am a sub with a CE. Every day, a few kids tell me that I am a great teacher (some believe it :) ). I tell them I look for a position (I got feedback from a parent). As a sub, behave, dress like a professional teacher. Get admin people to know you. It is going to percolate to the decision makers. In the mean time, you are getting better. > > Don't waste your time unless you have a friend or relative in a > school district.
