That's always in the contract but they won't do anything about it. Do you need them for a future job reference?

Hopefully no, but one never knows what life has in store. Considering trying another field all together, however, I may find that the greener grass is not so once there. Have you any personal info on anyone breaking the contract just before the beginning of the school year? in the middle of the year? Any ideas on what is the worst that can happen?
