Hello, I am a first grade inclusion teacher. I wanted to know what the laws are for this? Is there a limit of students with IEPs that can be in my class? Is there a limit on class size? Can bilingual (ELL) students be part of an inclusion classroom with students with IEPs? I have a student that is "self contained" in my roster. I am not a self contained teacher. Is this child legally allowed all day in an in class support type classroom?
