I'm certified in Penn and will be teaching hs english in Md
this year but would like to move to the southwest. Is it
hard to get a nm license while teching in another state? Is
there some test that I would have to drive a million miles
ot take (like in AZ)? what is the job market like? thanks

I did college in Iowa and then moved here. If you did a
program at an accredited college and student taught, they'll
give you a license here. You do need to take state tests.
Often they'll give you a 1-year license during which you have
