I am a certified Texas teacher and I will be moving to
Albuquerque next school year. Will my TX license be
equivalent? If not, what other tests will I be required to
take and who should I contact? In addition, which school
districts in the surrounding areas would you recommend?

You'll need the tests but they'll probably give you one year
to take them. (That is, they'll probably give you a 1-year
license until you take the tests).
