Hello,
I am thinking about relocating to New Mexico from Miami
within a year. I have 10 years teaching experience, my
National Board Certification, Elementary Ed, ESOL
Certified (K-12),
Reading Certified (K-12),and I have my Master's degree in
Reading. Does anyone know what tier I will fall in to
with my experience? What are my chances of becoming a
reading coach at the Elementary level?

You'd get a Level 2 license and maybe a level 3.
The reading coach jobs are often filled with people the
principal and teachers already know so you shouldn't count on
necessarily getting one of those right away. However, you do
seem very qualified.
