Just want to know when will the elementary principals starts looking at my application(special education)? I want to move by the end of this month but have not called yet for interview. I am on the qualified selection pool and has a COE. Does it mean I will get hired with CCSD if given a COE? Thanks.

The surplus meeting is Friday after school. Don't know what a COE is so can't help with that one.
