How long it usually takes for the State to grant a certificate? I'm certified in another state and applying through special ed reciprocity. I can't find any information on this. I'm special ed, so I think I can get a job with CCSD pretty easily, but not if I don't have a license. I also know the state can get picky, so I don't want to get a job with CCSD, plan on moving, and then have the rug pulled out from under me if they don't approve my license. I would rather spend my finite time looking for a teaching job in other states in that case.
