WHY

is CCSD having a Principal Bullying public forum on a Tuesday at 10 am when no Teachers can be there and many parents are working? They DO NOT want to hear the truth that the Principals are completely over-stepping their bounds and treating Teachers with no respect. There are many great ones out there, Principals I mean, but anymore the newer ones seem to want to ride their hardline tactics to the top. I heard that one school a friend of mine works in that the 3 Principals walk in daily and are to find something to write you up about. They shuffle through your papers on the desk, dig through the desk and closet until they find something. Gibson is another where the turnover has been tremendous because of the Principal and they are losing over 10 teachers this year.

Anthony Teach5, you are completely correct. And the principals have help from academic coaches, facilitators, lit. Specialists, teachers on special assignment, and sycophants in general.
