Is a local high school diploma (non regents) from a NYCDOE school considered an IEP diploma?

eve324 It is not you are fine. An IEP diploma is what a non standardized special education student gets

eve324 Only for d75 but you have to be nominated and accept and it is very competive but I would just focus on getting your days right now.

Subparas working in different districts

I know newly appointed Paras will only receive calls from the district they were nominated in and D75, however, are we allowed to work in other districts that we find on our own?

explore first Yes you can. You can even go into sub central and look for work instead of waiting for a phone call.

eve324 The jobs you get in subcentral are only ones you are eligible for...you will only get jobs from d75 and the district that nominated you.

Can a nominee give you their nomination if they decide they are no longer interested? Can it be transferred?

Hi, Do they monitor subcentral? for instance, If we don't want to be called in the morning we can play around dates of availability etc on a daily basis ... Will they know if you're trying to avoid morning calls?

eve324 I do what you are saying to avoid morning calls but just be careful and aware when accepting and denying calls and you will be ok.
