Emergency certification for a alt. cert para route

Hi, I have a position if I pass all the test. I'm certified through the para route. I took the OGET, OSAT & opte but won't get my results until July 23rd. Work starts on Aug 3rd for me and the superintendent said I have to pass them all for the job but the principle wants to find a way I can for sure have the job (in case I don't pass one). Cat I took it last year...study! In the written response, use TERMS! "Self management skills", Advocate, any spec ed terms that are relevant to your response. If you don't, you may not pass...that's what they want.

I've noticed there's a few alternatively certified teachers on this board. What central Oklahoma or Tulsa area districts are friendly to those of us that obtained our certificate through the state's alternate route?
