Does anyone have suggestions for curriculum for middle school math for a learning disabilities class. 6th, 7th, and 8th grade textbooks are needed versus having to pull worksheets from many books.

I have an elementary background (but have worked special ed to get my foot in the door). The ways I reflect on a student in theses areas...
physical: 1. age/grade (where they held back in school?) 2. any exceptionalities? (ADHD, Dyslexic, diabetic, LD, Bipolar, ect) 3. vision? do they need glasses? 4. Is the student cross dominate? (this will have a major impact on students reading!!!!) 5. What medications do they take and WHEN do they take them? Is the student consistent on taking medication? 6. Does the student miss school often?
Cognitive: 1. IQ score 2. subject strengths/weaknesses 3. reading level 4. include list of skills mastered (time, money, addition, etc) 5. Do they turn in homework on time? 6. Is student working indpendently in classroom or heavily relying on para support? 7. Is the student ESOL?
Emotional: 1. Is student self motivated? 2. Is the student optimistic / pesstimistic? 3. How does the student handle stress? 4. Does the student like school/teachers?
Social: 1. does the student have peer friends? 2. Who (ages/location) are the students closest friends? 3. How well does the student relate to adults? 4. How well does the student work in small class groups? 5. How is the students relationships with family members? 6. How is the students homelife? 7. What activities is the student involved/interested in? 8. What is the students hobbies?

Thank you sooooooooooooooo much! I was starting to get nervous because no one was answering. You are a life saver and I am truly thankful for your response. Now I can work on my paper tonight. If you happen to check this before I turn in my paper could you possibly provide the name of the Elementary School you taught at. That is the only other thing I need. Thank you again and good luck with your future goals! Hi, I am trying to find information on what is required to become highly qualified in math. I would like to teach Algebra/Pre-Algebra to high school or middleschooolers. Would I need to earn a second B.S. in Math? Thanks
I was wondering if anyone can give me an idea as to what to expect on the exam? i.e. the weight of the sections, which items I should study more, the written response etc..
The test is in 2 1/2 weeks and I would GREATLY appreciate any help or pointers! Thank you!
Does anyone have any information for the world history/world geography osat? if you could remember your essay question that would be helpful. i know they are never the same, but it would help.
