I have a BBA in Marketing. I've recently decided to go the alternative certification route and get certified in business education. After doing this and (hopefully) securing a teaching job, I'd like to go back to school and get a Masters Degree in Special Education.

My two questions are: 1- does taking the business education certification hinder me from finding a job in central OK quickly? 2- after graduating with the Masters in Special Ed (moderate to mild) will the Business Cert along with the Special Ed cert be enough to classify me as highly qualified?
