Seeking educators for summer contractual positions

TThe Sauk Language Department seeks qualified short- term contractors with expertise in ESL, world languages, and/or second language acquisition to organize, sequence, and expand existing Sauk language materials, lesson plans, and activities into comprehensive units for Sauk language instruction at the high school level.

Contractors are not required to have knowledge of the Sauk language but must be familiar with CBI, TPR, TPRS, and other effective immersion teaching theories, methods, and practices.

All contractors will be provided with digital copies of a significant body of existing Sauk language materials, lesson plans, and activities. Specific potential projects include:

1. Reviewing existing Sauk language material and organizing it into a comprehensive curriculum plan.

2. Organizing and expanding material into specific units or themes.
