I have seen many openings for primary and kindergarten
teachers in bend, oregon on edzapp. Why does everyone on
this board say there are no jobs?

Nicole, I also live in Bend and it is a beautifiul area. It would seem that with all of your
experience and your reading endorsement that you could at least try for a job here. The
area is growing rapidly so I know they are hiring some new teachers.
Housing is expensive, however.
