Hi! I am a teacher in North Carolina (3rd grade). My
husband and I are seriously considering relocating to
Oregon (Eugene or Portland areas). I would greatly
appreciate information regarding the likelihood of finding
a teaching job. Are teaching jobs readily available, or
difficult to find? What do I need to do to teach in
Oregon? My certification area is PreK-6. My husband is
also a teacher, certified in the areas of HS Biology, and
MS Science. Thanks in advance for any help you may be able
to offer us!! :-)

Hi! My wife and I live in OR and she is a teacher, while I
am an x-ray tech. We recommend that you check with COSA, an
organization in OR that lists teaching jobs. Also, check
with iwanttoteach.com.
