What is up with all the recent request from Utah to have techers from other states to apply for jobs in Utah? Is the economy that good? What are the working conditions for the teachers in Utah? What about pay and benefits? What about recipricol acceptance of out of state teaching certificates? Is there a real need for more teachers or are they just trying to create an over supply to lower pay and benefits for teachers in Utah?

Please advise. I am about to retire early from Florida due to Scott being elected. In 10-15 years, there will be no public schools in Florida for grades 7 and up. It will be all home-based virtual computer learning run by for profit charter schools.
