I currently work in Jefferson County WV. I want to leave this county if possible. I have wanted a job in VA for at least two years. I am a special education teacher. I CAN TELL YOU THAT THE COST OF THE HEALTH INSURANCE, LONG MILES OF COMMUTE IN RT. 9 , AND THE SPED MEETINGS BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL W/O UNION REPRESENTATION IN LOUDOUN WILL FAST CHANGE YOUR MIND ABOUT WORKING IN LOUDOUN. IN WW THE SALARIES ARE LOWER, BUT THE BENEFITS, THE SUPPORT AND THE STUDENTS MAKE U...See More
