I'm a high school biology, anatomy and genetics teacher in Ohio. I've been here for 3 years and have a MS in molecular genetics. Also coach varsity wrestling. I'm looking to teach honors or equivalent and AP bio or environmental. I'm blocked by seniority here in Ohio to a crap teacher.
Questions are: 1. How difficult is it to transfer licensure?
2. What's the job market like in the suburban Richmond area. Looking for equivalent school; one with good achievement and test scores.
3. What's the best resource to find a job? Do they have job fairs for the surrounding counties, henrico, chesterfield, Hanover etc
