Upper Elementary Teaching Position

Over the past few years, I have both obtained interviews and been a finalist for several elementary school teaching position but I have yet to nail went down. I briefly served as a long-term sub a few years ago and it serves as both the math resource teacher and math teacher in Fairfax County public schools.

I would really like to obtain some good advice as to how to approach my task of obtaining a full-time teaching position in Fairfax for the upcoming 2014 2015 school year. I am a fully licensed teacher for the state of Virginia, and I am in my early 30s. I have both experience teaching and coaching as well as tutoring after the past several years and I do not believe it was going to be this hard to attain a full-time elementary school teaching job especially because I know that I'm well suited and qualified for an elementary teaching job.
