anyone could advise me on affordable cities/suburbs to
search. We are willing to commute up to 1 hour, however, the
closer the better. An ideal house would be no more than
300k, although I know this may not be realistic.

I grew up in Bothell and loved it. It is about 30 minutes
north of Seattle and right on a great bus line. I rode the
bus to downtown Seattle often to meet my mom after work and is
was always an easy ride. As a matter of fact my mom met my
