Teacher Evaluation system

Hi fellow teachers. I am curious to know if any of the elementary librarians are on the new teacher evaluation system this year. Our school is using the 5 dimensions of learning. I am inquiring to see how this works with your schedule and actual student contact time. I see kids 1x a week for 30 min. By the time kids are settled at tables, it is more like 25 min. Then of course there is checkout time about 10-15 min. So actual teacher-student contact time, 10- 15 min. max. This does not fit with the new eval. system. Now don't get me wrong, I feel specialists should be evaluated, but how will this work? I have classes back to back all day, so there is no room to extend the schedule for classes or have checkout outside specialist time. I can't seem to find any elem. librarian who may have an idea or is doing the eval. with the same frustrations. Thanks!
