Wisconsin teaching license

Hey, I have another question for you guys.
Where could I find information on what I will need to do in
order to get a Wisconsin teaching license? Also, I have
taken the Illinois Basic Skills test. Will I need to take a
similar test for Wisconsin, or will the basic skills be
enough?
Sorry to be bothering everyone, but I am trying to get as
much information as possible so I know what I have to do
and how long it will take to receive the ok to teach in
Wisconsin. I want to be able to start sending out resumes
to schools around December.

IN wisconsin it looks near impossible to get a substitute
teaching job without a full teaching license. So why would
anyone want to substitute, if they already have a full license ?

sounds kinda demanding

in cali, all one needs is a CBEST, and a Bachelor's
and you get hired.
